Everything was brand-new, me and my husband really enjoyed the stay. Hosts were kind and lovely, even gave me room with lift-great value for money. It had a marvellous setting next to San Frediano, the main tourist areas, and supermarket.

I loved staying at this hotel! The value for money was excellent and the room was fantastic, with stylish decor and all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with a wider selection of cutlery and crockery.

the location is convenient just off uffizi, the historic center, ponte vecchio and palazzo pitti, and supermarket, and the rooms are extremely spacious.

The bed with hypo-allergenic pillows was comfy. The location was unbeatable, near most amenities. We loved the host.

Absolutely nothing went wrong - what a shame, I was hoping for some drama to entertain myself!

Our 3-night stay was really pleasant. The room was well-equipped with a private safe, central heating, and even an iron with ironing board. It was a nice touch to have a bidet included 👍🏼.

Choosing to stay here was a great decision for exploring all the main attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was well-decorated and clean, and I particularly appreciated the washer/dryer combination and the air conditioning. The neighborhood was quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, as it was close to everything I wanted to see. I was able to walk to the major attractions in just 15 minutes, and there were plenty of local cafes and supermarkets nearby.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was so comfortable, modern, and new - truly a home away from home. the actual apartment exceeded our expectations and looked even better than the photos. Isabella and her husband were incredibly friendly, meeting us on our arrival day even though we were late, and they didn't charge us anything extra for it. the location was great, within a 15-20 minute walk to all the main sights and the railway station. There were also supermarkets nearby.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to the city center and within walking distance of Santa Maria Novella Railway station. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a stylish and well-equipped 1 bedroom apartment that had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, with everything in excellent shape and well-decorated. The staff, particularly Isabella, were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and easy.
